Meet William (formerly Godzilla) – A Clingy Lovebug Looking for His Forever Lap

Say hello to our charming and affectionate William! This gorgeous, fluffy boy is back on the adoption list after not getting along with the resident cat at his new home, but he’s ready for a loving family that will give him the attention and affection he craves.

William’s journey started on a farm in Bahrain, where he was dumped by his previous owners along with many other cats. They were all used for breeding, and William was found in terrible condition—skinny, dehydrated, and suffering from painful ear mites that had caused his ears to bleed. Thankfully, our rescuer scooped him up, and after lots of care and attention, William has blossomed into the healthy, playful, and loving cat we see today.

Now, William is on the lookout for his forever home, and this sweet boy is sure to melt your heart. William is a total cuddle bug who will follow you around the house, seeking all the love and attention you can give. He’s clingy in the best way possible—if you're sitting down, you can be sure he’ll jump right into your lap, curl up, and settle in for hours of snuggle time. He’s also incredibly chatty and loves to talk to you, especially when he’s looking for some extra affection. His fluffy coat might get a little tangled, but he absolutely loves being brushed, and you’ll both enjoy the bonding time.

William is very energetic and playful, and he’ll keep you entertained with his zoomies and little bursts of energy. He’s curious about everything and loves to explore, but at the end of the day, there’s nothing he loves more than a good cuddle. Once he’s bonded with you, he’s incredibly loyal and affectionate, and he’ll be your constant companion, always ready to jump into your lap and shower you with love.

William is a true lap cat—he doesn’t just sit with you; he’ll insist on being as close as possible, always. He's very clingy, but in the most endearing way! He’s not interested in sharing your attention with other cats, so William would thrive best in a home where he can be your one and only.

William is litter trained and well-mannered (he’s not a food thief, just interested!). He’s an absolute sweetheart, and his affectionate, clingy nature will make him a wonderful addition to any family who can give him the attention and care he deserves.
