Tortise
Meet Tortise – a stunning fluffy tortie girl with the most captivating eyes and a heart full of love.
Like many of our rescue cats, Tortise has already been through far more than any cat should. She was cruelly dumped on the scorching streets of Bahrain, left to survive alongside her family in the unbearable heat. Thankfully, a kind rescuer stepped in just in time, scooping them up to safety before it was too late.
Tortise may have been abandoned, but she hasn’t let it affect her sweet nature. She is a healthy, happy, and affectionate girl with so much love to give. From the moment she arrived in foster care, Tortise has shown that she is a lovely soul who adores human company. She is cuddly and will happily curl up on your lap.
But don’t be fooled by her calm side—Tortise also has a wonderfully playful spirit. Her favourite toy? Anything with feathers! Give her a few minutes with it, and she’ll be darting around, full of energy and joy. She loves interactive play with her humans and will happily entertain you with her antics. Watching her play is a pure delight!
Tortise is the perfect mix of affectionate lap cat and curious. She loves cuddles, gentle strokes, and to be close by. She is a fantastic companion and would fit in beautifully in a family environment or with someone looking for a loyal, loving friend.
She’s great with other cats, fine with dogs, and good with children—making her a lovely addition to many kinds of homes. She’s well-adjusted, loving, and more than ready to start the next chapter of her life with someone who truly deserves her trust.
Could you be the person to give Tortise the forever home she’s been waiting for?
