Meet Skippy– our sweet-faced light ginger boy with the most beautiful eyes and a heart full of love.

Skippy was found wandering the harsh streets of Bahrain, searching for kindness. When he spotted his rescuer, he made his choice—he followed her all the way home. With stray dogs, blazing heat, and constant competition for scraps, life on the streets was no place for a gentle soul like Skippy. Luckily, he found someone who couldn’t leave him behind.

Now safe and cared for, Skippy has shown himself to be the gentlest of boys. He loves being picked up and carried like a baby, melting into your arms with complete trust. He’s a true lap cat, happiest curled up close, soaking up affection. Skippy is incredibly human-oriented and wants nothing more than to be someone’s one and only—he’s not a fan of sharing his people with other cats. Because of this, he needs to be the only cat in the home.

Sadly, Skippy currently lives in a foster space with other rescues who don’t accept him, so he spends much of his time in a cage for his own safety. But when his foster mum is home, he’s out and following her everywhere like a loyal little shadow. He just wants to be loved and even sleeps beside her at night, soaking up every moment of attention he can get.

Skippy also has a playful side and loves chasing his mouse toy on a wand. He enjoys both wet and dry food, but his favourites are boiled chicken, fish, pumpkin, and liver—this boy knows what he likes!

Skippy has been through so much and yet remains one of the kindest, most affectionate cats you could hope to meet. He just needs a loving home where he can finally relax, be adored, and get all the love and attention he craves.
