Meet Reemi — a tiny tortie with the sweetest little face

It’s impossible not to fall in love with Reemi. With her fluffy tortie coat, gentle eyes, and adorable expression, she’s the kind of cat who melts hearts wherever she goes.

For much of her life, Reemi survived in the grounds of a villa complex, relying on the kindness of staff and visitors who would leave food out for her. During Bahrain’s scorching summers, she would sit beside the spa and gym doors just to feel a little cool air. Life on the streets was hard, and she was regularly bullied by another cat in the area.

This year, Reemi became pregnant and gave birth to five kittens. Tragically, she lost them all. The ordeal left her dehydrated and unwell, making it clear that she could never safely return to street life. She was taken into care, received the treatment she needed, and finally got the chance to leave her difficult past behind.

Despite everything she has endured, Reemi remains one of the sweetest cats you could ever hope to meet. She adores people, loves head rubs and chin scratches, enjoys being picked up, and is perfectly content curling up on a lap for cuddles. Calm and gentle by nature, one of her favourite pastimes is watching birds from the window.

Reemi is FIV positive, but you would never know it from her happy, affectionate personality. She is healthy, thriving, and ready for a family of her own. She would be happiest as an only cat or with one or two calm feline companions who will respect her gentle nature.
