This striking boy, with his rugged scars and soulful eyes, tells the story of a survivor from his days on the streets. Nero’s story began outside a supermarket in Bahrain. Among the crowd of stray cats, one boy stood out—he made a beeline for his future rescuer, rubbing against her legs and asking for attention. He wasn’t skin and bones, but his condition was worrying: a ragged coat, visible scarring, and a bad respiratory infection hinted at the harsh life he’d been living. Still, even then, Nero’s affectionate soul shone through. Beneath that tough exterior is a total softie who craves nothing more than love and companionship.

Now fully recovered and healthy—though missing most of his teeth except two canines—Nero is finally ready for a forever home. He is FIV positive, but with proper care and an stress-free life, FIV+ cats can live long, happy lives just like any other.

He’s the ultimate velcro cat, always seeking attention and ready to reward you with head rubs, belly flops, and constant affection. Nero is not just loving—he’s incredibly intelligent, too. He’ll charm his way into your heart with his curiosity and gentle nature.

He’s a big boy with an even bigger heart, longing for a warm home and someone to love him for the sweetheart he is. Even better, Nero gets along well with other cats, making him a wonderful addition to a multi-cat household.
