Melon

Melon is a beautiful boy who hasn’t had an easy beginning to life. Found by a rescuer late at night, he stood in the middle of the road and ran to her for help when she got out of her car. His condition was heartbreaking. Terribly skinny and starving, he was filthy and so weak he could barely stand. The rescuer helped him immediately, and after a full check up with the vet, it was confirmed he was suffering with severe malnutrition. The vet also discovered he was previously hit by a car and had sustained a jaw injury which had healed, leaving him with his tooth showing.

Despite this awful start to life, Melon is the absolute sweetest boy. Desperate for love and affection, always putting his head in his foster’s lap for attention and pets. He will happily be your lap-cat, companion and best friend. He just needs to find his person who will allow him to flourish in a safe and loving environment, somewhere he can call home for the first time.

He loves to play, happily enjoying all different toys, and also his human companions. He is a fun-loving boy who will give you endless entertainment, joy and love. He truly is a lovely boy, with such a gentle soul (and a cute tooth!) that just needs somebody to give him a chance. A safe home, filled with love and happiness. Where he can be the only cat. So that he can trust and know he has found his forever person, and know he won’t be alone again.
