Celien – A Loving Soul Who Just Wants a Home of Her Own

Celien has been waiting far too long for a home to call her own. This beautiful calico girl was found in her rescuer’s work area on the streets of Bahrain. She was wary of humans, making it difficult for her rescuer to catch her, and in that time, she gave birth to several litters of kittens—tragically, many didn't survive. Through patience, kindness, and daily feedings, her rescuer slowly gained her trust.

By the time Celien was finally caught, she was dangerously thin and struggling to survive. With proper nutrition, love, and care, she has transformed into a healthy, gorgeous cat. Now, all she needs is a human to love her as much as she will love them.

Celien is a gentle and quiet cat with a soft, loving nature. She enjoys being petted, especially on her head, and she will seek out her human when she wants affection. Though she may take a little time to adjust in a new home, once she feels safe, she will really show just how affectionate she can be. Calico cats are known for their strong bonds with their humans, and Celien is no exception—she just hasn’t had the chance yet to show someone how deeply she can love.

She loves bird watching, is litter box trained and loves her food, especially wet food and the occasional treat of boiled chicken, which she absolutely adores. She is well-mannered, independent yet affectionate, and would thrive in a calm home where she can finally relax and feel safe. She gets along with other cats and would do well with a feline friend or as the only cat in a loving home.

Celien has spent so long waiting for someone to choose her. She doesn’t ask for much—just a ledge to watch birds, and a safe place to call home. Could you be the one to give Celien the love she has been waiting for?
